Each person we meet is our teacher and student
iPEC Principle
Gaby introduced me to the concept of energy leadership. She trained me in how to identify different levels of energy in my team members, and helped me to create strategies to deal with each employer effectively. With her help I have managed to change and greatly improve my approach to performance management and employee engagement in my team.
Jacobo Montero, Manager
I had had many coaching sessions with other coaches but working with you has been different because of the friendship and similarities that we share. However, I have to say that it was not about just two old friends “catching up”. I felt very comfortable telling you how my life has changed after migrating to a new country with all its consequences. You gave me guidance to analyze my situation from a perspective focused on searching full happiness and not just to maintain the image of a successful college professor that I had built for myself. In our sessions we asked questions with such depth that the answers could not be trivial; the answers were informed by the joint reflexion of two women who handle experience with maturity, reasonableness, and a highly calibrated balance (my engineering speech flows through). You helped me to understand that I was evaluating a wide range of options, to recognize that I am capable and qualified to tackle all those options, and at the same time, you gave me tools to evaluate and direct my efforts toward the road that will make me truly HAPPY.
Jhanie Rodríguez, Mechanical Engineer/Professor
My experience with you as a Coach was like connecting with my core being, coming Home.. A truly genuine connection.. You created a safe space for me and with your empathy, authenticity and genuine caring, together with your exploratory open-ended questions and intuitive listening, you provided the ground for me to be open and curious and tap into my own creativity and wisdom.
Tassos Stavropoulos, Transition & Leadership Coach
Gaby helped to reflect my situation and various options including their short-, mid- and long- term implications. She helped me to keep ‘sanity’ along my change processes and assess where it was ‘me’ who created an issue and where the ‘issue’ was systemic and had to be accepted or choices had to be made. Always calm and friendly, never losing temper or patience, albeit in my fragile state and "circular reference" of issues one could have given up easily.
